Tonight is a New Moon! Like the Full Moon, a New Moon happens at a very specific time when the sun and moon have the same ecliptic longitude and it can be measured down to the second it occurs. The new moon is like the silent powerhouse of the lunar cycle. It’s a time for new beginnings, fresh starts, and setting intentions 🤍
A few things you can do to make the most of this new moon energy ⤵️
🌚 Quiet Your Mind - New moon vibes are optimal for meditation. Spend some quiet time reflecting on your desires and goals
🌚 Cleanse Your Space - Out with the old, in with the new. Clear any negative energy from your home with sage, palo santo, or simply by opening the windows

Spring is my favorite season! I love the warmer weather, beautiful flowers and longer days. 🤗Anything that allows me to spend more time in the garden or out on a hike somewhere! Unfortunately, the return of the heat also brings the return of the mosquitoes. These pesky insects are the worse! Luckily, there are natural ways you can deter them.
My favorite is planting herbs and flowers around the house and in my garden. Not only does it make my home and garden smell absolutely beautiful but it also scares away those pesky insects!
Getting to the root of what is causing you discomfort in the physical can be mind altering! Often times we think it’s the body aching when really it’s the mind and soul. One of the oldest forms of aura cleansing is smudging with herbs. Whether you burn them, steep them in hot water or hang them in the shower you’ll reap the benefits!! 🫶🏻
The period is divided into 2 phases: the follicular phase & the luteal phase. Within these phases, there are two additional phases: flow & ovulation. If our periods are irregular and our hormones imbalanced, they can be supported and rebalanced by using herbs throughout the course of each month with benefits ranging from soothing cramps to boosting fertility! 😻
I love unlocking the power of nature by trying herbs throughout each phase!!

Our relationship with our body is one that we often neglect yet is the most important one we have! Emotions can contribute to aches and pains in various ways, often through tension and stress.
Our body is wise and mirrors our mood! The shoulders and back are a common area for people to hold their tension causing discomfort. Can you feel it? Some emotions that are commonly associated with back and shoulder pain include sadness, depression, stress, anger and unresolved resentment. The body is unique in storing the emotion until we’re ready to confront it 🤍
Having an emotional release through things like yoga or movement helps to release trapped emotions and tension 🤗 What can you do today to cultivate a better relationship with your body? What habits, words, food or actions can you take?
I love beginning and ending my week with a beach day and a good detox water! A regular intake of these simple detox drinks can aid in weight loss, give a boost to your metabolism, helps with digestion and works as an incredible laxative! The best part? It’s all natural! 😊
Below is one of my favorite recipes ⤵️ 🍋 1 sliced cucumber 🍋 1/2 of lime juice 🍋 1/2 of sliced lemon 🍋 1 tbs organic ginger 🍋6 cups of water 🍋Mint leaves
Hormone health is often a reflection of how we live our lives. Here are common lifestyle habits that can impact our hormone health ⤵️
🥗 Skipping lunch
➡️ Skipping meals can disrupt your sugar levels and lead to imbalances in insulin. This can affect energy levels, mood, and overall hormone balance.
🫣 Saying yes when you mean no
➡️ Overcommitting and not setting boundaries can create chronic stress and elevate cortisol levels which impact the balance of other hormones. This can also lead to burnout and and affect your emotional well-being.
☕️ The 3pm pick-me up coffee
➡️ Relying on caffeine, especially in the afternoon can disrupt your natural sleep-wake cycle and affect the production of hormones such as cortisol and melatonin. This can disrupt your energy levels, sleep quality and overall hormone balance.
🛌 Overworking without rest
➡️ Working long hours and sacrificing rest can lead to chronic stress and elevated cortisol levels. Prolonged stress can disrupt the hormones in the body affecting cortisol, insulin, thyroid balance and even reproductive hormones.

Manifesting is simpler than we realize! It’s our natural state as vibrational beings. We’re always manifesting, often unconsciously & inadvertently shaping lives we don’t desire. Once you shift your mindset into believing that what you desire is already yours, whatever and whoever has to move will move to get that desire to you!! ✨
The Law of Attraction is regarded as the fundamental principle underlying manifestation. Like attracts like, and our ideas, emotions, and beliefs have the potential to alter our exterior experiences. A major part of manifesting is believing you’re worthy of what you’re asking for!
Here’s a few tips to embrace your innate power & consciously create the life you desire 💛
✨ Focus on good thoughts ✨ Picture having what you want ✨ Believe you can get it ✨ Practice being patient ✨ Appreciate what you have now ✨ Take inspired action ✨ Don’t focus too much on the how ✨Surrender expectations
Peace of mind is a state of tranquility and inner calm that brings numerous benefits to one’s overall well-being ✨
When the mind is at peace, it can focus better, think more clearly, and make decisions with greater clarity and confidence! It enhances mental health by reducing stress and anxiety levels and also promotes creativity and problem-solving abilities. I like to set peace of mind as my highest goal and organize my life around it 🔆🧘🏼♀️🔅
Relying on caffeine can have adverse effects over time, especially if you drink large amounts. Caffeine can disrupt your sleep, increase your b pressure, or even cause digestive issues! If you're looking to cut back on the amount of coffee you're drinking, or if you don't like coffee at all, there are easy and healthy habits that can help keep you energized 🙂
