My friends call me LUCKY because they think I like all healthy food while they crave junk food all of the time, so therefore, it’s easier for me to stay in shape…I want so badly to tell them: “Oh, yeah, that’s right…I’m LUCKY that I love to eat plain, nasty old chicken out of a can for some meals while you are wolfing down a delicious pizza with extra cheese and washing it down with a large chocolate milkshake.” 😈 If they don’t care about being in shape, that is fine. Everyone has different goals and priorities but please don’t call me lucky for making the daily sacrifices you are not making. Who is afraid of heights? I have what I would call a healthy respect (but not a fear) for them…I watched this movie called “Fall” that is playing on Netflix. The main gist of the story (don’t worry-not giving away any spoilers here) is two women climb a 2,000-ft decommissioned TV tower. Yeah, don’t ask why-it’s best just to watch the movie LOL… Anyway, even knowing that it’s a movie and NOT REAL, I could not stop my hands from sweating during the entire film and I mean a lot! AND not just my hands but my bare feet, too! 😬 It was the most visually intense movie I have ever seen…Who has watched it? 😳

I dabble with power tools when needed such as repairing a chair or making baseboards after laying new Pergo. Honestly, even if it’s just fixing a chair, I find it very fulfilling, and it’s really just wicked fun! 🥰… *sigh* If I only knew then what I know now, I would’ve skipped engineering and stayed focused on my shop classes…Thursday is almost in the books.
