Always catch me 'hanging out' outside! What a wonderful place to just sit back and relax! Being outside can actually help your body slow down, that means a lower heart rate, and an improved mood. This doesn't mean you need to be running around in the heat, or even be in the sun at all! Grab a hammock, a chair, or even a blanket, and snooze in the shade. The great outdoors truly are great, especially to just sit back and let the stress and anxiety of life float away!

Down time has been proven to replenish the mind, enhances attention and motivation, and even encourages energy and productivity! Having fun in the sun! Being in the sun is so so good for your mental health. It helps boost your serotonin, which is one of the most important chemicals your body can produce! It helps give you more energy, keep you calm, positive, and focused. However make sure to be in the sun safely, as it can effect your skin negatively without the proper precautions.
