Another full body workout 💪🏽🏋🏻♀️💪🏽 Feels so good getting in and gettin after it! I got asked how I workout everyday without losing motivation. I said motivation comes n goes, you’ve gotta build the discipline to get in everyday unless you absolutely love it. Luckily I love working out more than anything else so getting in comes easy for me. I’m 37 in just a few months and I’m trying to celebrate with my best physique to date. No reason except a personal goal 💯😊

After every storm the sun still rises and so can you 💯 Keep striving for your goals and keep a positive mindset 💪🏽 My quads are comin thru, my arms and back…but this damn stomach/ab section is taking forever!! Ever since I past 35 I’ve found it harder to stay lean. BUT!!! You keep going. You don’t throw in the towel and quit. Some thing’s take longer than others, that simply means the reward will be that much greater when you accomplish your goal! 🥰

Motivation comes and goes, it never stays long term. That’s where discipline and visualization comes in. Every day I wake up and visualize how I want my body, my discipline kicks in and I do what it takes. Not every day is easy, but it’s always worth it 💯

Another day, another workout 💪🏽 All washed out and bloated from a major “cheat day” 🤤 I made a huge batch of spaghetti 🍝 and we ate it ALL! We also went out for pancakes for breakfast (something we rarely eat) 🧇 THEN I had a cinnamon roll and ice cream for dessert 😂 When I get the chance to eat yummy food like that I take full advantage, even if it sets me back a bit 😋
