

First workout in 10 days!!! π Calf is feeling better, not healed, but better. Mouth still sucks and hurts like hell. Of course itβs not healing as fast as I had expected, but I canβt sit around and just NOT workout one, more, day! π© I literally hate not getting physical activity in for more than a day, drives me insane. On a good note it looks as tho I actually leaned out during my time off. Being that Iβm limited on what I can eat it kind of pushed me to eat even better, and less of course. Feels great to be back even if itβs for lightweight πͺπ½ππ»ββοΈπͺπ½ Whoever needs to hear it, or thinking of starting on a fitness journeyβ¦just do it! Itβs never too late to start π―ππ
