๐Ÿ’˜๐Ÿ’‹ Hello loves ! I really want to share my favorite cocktail..

๐Ÿ’˜๐Ÿ’‹ Hello loves ! I really want to share my favorite cocktail with you, the French 75. ๐Ÿธ๐Ÿ˜˜ Itโ€™s hard to pin down exactly who invented this drink, but discerning drinkers in the 19th and early 20the centuries were known to combine gin and champagne, a combination ready for yummy sugar and lemons, for a poppy fizzy tangy and sweet drink. This combination was finally given the sexy French 75 name, and it became fixed in history forever. This bubbly effervescent drinks offers a more boozy kick than a Mimosa, so itโ€™s perfect to enjoy with brunch or even breakfast cocktails, in bed ! Cocktail-Rating 4 โ€“ this drink requires the champagne, not many people have this just hanging around at home ! The drink: 1 ounce gin 1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed 1/2 ounce simple syrup 3 ounces Champagne (or other sparkling wine) Garnish: lemon twist Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a Champagne flute. Top with more Champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist. Donโ€™t forget to tip your favorite bartender ! ๐Ÿ’˜๐Ÿ’‹

๐Ÿ˜ˆ๐Ÿ”ฅ Hello, my naughty demon loves ! Any of you like it HOT out there ? Be careful not to burn your mouth on my Flaming Cinnamon Toast Crunch Shot. Since Iโ€™m using Fireball, it seems appropriate to also set it ON FIRE before drinking it! ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ Make sure that rim isnโ€™t too hot after you blow the flame out, donโ€™t burn your lips in the wrong way ๐Ÿ’‹๐Ÿ˜‹ Burning the alcohol in this shot will make the drink taste richer and deeper, for a nice cinnamon, caramelized, gorgeous taste ! Rating: 5 โ€“ this one is super easy, just takes a bit of caution to make it the most enjoyable ! The Drink: Fireball whiskey Rum Chata Bacardi 151 Rum Fill your shot glass half way with Fireball. Pour Rum Chata over a spoon to layer it in, then top off with some Bacardi 151. Take a long stem lighter and light it up ! Blow the flame out and make sure itโ€™s not too hot before you take your BEST shot ! Donโ€™t forget to tip your FAVORITE bartender :D ๐Ÿ’˜๐Ÿ’‹

๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ˜˜ Happy St Patty's Day, my leprechaun loves ! My question for the day ...... how much head should be on a Guinness? In my opinion, the more head the better...... ๐Ÿ˜‹ I loved learning how to pour a Guinness the right way as much as I loved dressing up in this little Irish outfit for all my loves to enjoy. First, start with a clean, dry glass. Pour the Guinness Draught into a glass tilted at 45 degrees, until it is three-quarters full. Allow the surge to settle down the sides of the glass and up the centre to form the head, before filling the glass completely to the top. This settling step is reputed to take exactly 119.53 seconds. Iโ€™ll distract you while you wait patiently ๐Ÿ˜‹ Your perfect pint, complete with its creamy white head, domed right even with the glass rim, is now ready to enjoy! ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ’‹๐Ÿป Thank you Brehon pub for teaching me something new this St. Patrickโ€™s Day! don't forget to tip your favorite bartender ! ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ’š

๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒˆJust in time for St Patrick's day ! Irish Mule โ€“ this is the BEST summer cocktail, itโ€™s refreshingly light with a delicious minty flavor to brighten your day and your tastebuds ! The copper mug is traditionally used due to the copper intensifying the fizziness of the carbonation from the Ginger beer in these cocktails, and helps keep your drink cold on hot summer days poolside ! Rating : 2 โ€“ this one is super easy to make ! The Drink: Ginger beer โ€“ I love Bundaberg, it has a strong, tangy flavor, my favorite ! Jameson Irish Whiskey โ€“ you gottaโ€™ use Jameson for St. Pattyโ€™s Day ! ๐Ÿ€ Juice from lime, and lime slices Mint leaves Fill a copper mug with ice. Pour in the Jameson and then squeeze half a lime into the mug. Top this off with some Ginger beer. Stir to mix, garnish with lime slices and a few mint leaves Donโ€™t forget to tip your bartender ! ๐Ÿ’‹๐Ÿ’–

Itโ€™s St. Patrickโ€™s Day weekend ๐Ÿ€ If you have a sweet tooth and wanna be festive I got you! Whoโ€™s gonna drink green beer, green shots, or maybe eat some greens eggs and ham??? Send me pictures Iโ€™d love to see everyones creative St. Patrickโ€™s Day concoctionโ€™s ๐Ÿ’š Irish Mudslide ๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ’š The Mudslide was invented in the cool, hip 1970โ€™s at the Wreck Bar and Grill, which is still standing today on Grand Cayman Island. A bartender, Old Judd, invented it when a customer wanted a White Russian, and Old Judd tweaked the cocktail to feature Irish Cream. I have tweaked the cocktail a bit more, and used Jameson Whiskey. Very appropriate on St. Pattyโ€™s Day ! Rating: 5 โ€“ there are more steps and lots more ingredients in this one ! The Drink: Add these ingredients to a blender : 1 & ยฝ ounce Jameson 1 & ยฝ ounce Kahlua 1 & ยฝ ounce Baileys 3 ounce milk or half & half of your choice 1 cup Ice A few drops of green food coloring Pour into a long stemmed margarita or champagne saucer glass, add whipped cream, chocolate syrup and some cute, festive sprinkles ! I always have fresh lemons๐Ÿ‹ , oranges๐ŸŠ , limes and a mint ๐ŸŒฟ plant in my kitchen at all times. Just a simple garnish can add flavor, depth & heightened visual appeal when paired with the right cocktail. Theyโ€™re not hard to make, and I can show you how you can do this too ! I go over these garnishes in my video, follow along to find out what you can add to your favorite cocktails for that heightened savoring experience ! Other great garnishes for cocktails can be flowers, and herbs. Lavender paired with lemon makes a gorgeous, heady aroma and flavor that is perfect for a beautiful spring or summer night. Calendula is a bright orange or yellow flower that bring a sweet aroma and taste to any cocktail. Some must have herbs for cocktails are rosemary, great for pairing with bourbon to add depth, basil, which adds great flavor to tequila or rum cocktails. Sage is a gorgeous earthy, woody & slightly peppery herb that is great muddled in a simple syrup and paired with a fizzy type cocktail for a summery taste. Adding a splash of rum and IGNITING cocktails is also a fun way to liven up your cocktail experience. Iโ€™ll be expanding on my garnish videos in the future, so be on the look out for those ! And as always : Donโ€™t forget to tip your FAVORITE bartender !

Happy Friday, my loves ! The weekend is here ! Time to kiss ..

Happy Friday, my loves ! The weekend is here ! Time to kiss the green fairy ๐Ÿงš โ˜˜๏ธ๐Ÿ€ The Irish Blackthorn ! It's like an Irish Manhattan, but with dry vermouth instead of sweet vermouth, and with the addition of the fabulous Green Fairy, some delicious absinthe. In the famed Savoy Cocktail Book from 1930, it says that dry vermouth is the preferred choice for the Blackthorn Cocktailโ€”and it's used in equal portions to the whiskey. But in more modern recipes, it has definitely switched over to sweet vermouth. Both sweet and dry compliment the absinthe in a delicious way, but I definitely like how the dry vermouth plays with the absinthe ! And I just really love absintheโ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆ Rating 3 The Drink: 2 oz Irish Whiskey 1 oz dry vermouth 2 dashes absinthe 2 dashes Angostura bitters Stir all ingredients with ice until cold. Strain into a cocktail glass. Donโ€™t forget to tip your bartender !

Are you ready for a well balanced tangy cocktail served up in a sexy, long stem glass ?๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ’‹ Cointreau has a taste that borders between bitter and sweet, with more of an orange twist to it, as opposed to Triple Sec, that can be more harsh. There are a lot of strong flavors in this cocktail, and I think the Cointreau enhances it better. Rating : 4 โ€“ Iโ€™m going to rate this a four due to the LONG shake time it takes to blend all the strong flavors โ€“ make sure you shake it a long time with the ice. The Drink: 2 oz bourbon whiskey โ€“ I used Makerโ€™s Mark โ€“ a great mixer bourbon for whiskey cocktails 1 oz Cointreau ยฝ oz lemon juice 1 tsp simple syrup Garnish with a lemon or lemon peel twist Put some ice into your cocktail shaker, then add the Makerโ€™s Mark, Cointreau, lemon juice & simple syrup. You are going to want to shake this cocktail very well, it has a lot of strong citrus flavors youโ€™ll want to blend and break down together as much as possible. Pour into a champagne glass, garnish with a lemon twist & pucker up, this cocktail has a lot of ZING ! Donโ€™t forget to tip your bartender !
