This is such a perfect and gorgeous introduction into spring and warmer days ahead, with ingredients like sweet pineapple juice and delicious shredded coconut to helps us hop into a perfect Easter Sunday. 🥰🐰🐣 Rating: this one is a 5, there are a few more steps ! The drink: 1.5 ounces vanilla vodka 1.5 ounces coconut rum 2 ounces half and half ½ ounce cream of coconut A splash of pineapple juice Honey and chopped sweetened coconut You’re going to dip this martini in the shredded coconut, so start with putting some into a dish. Fill your cocktail shaker with ice, combine the vodka, coconut rum, half and half, cream of coconut and pineapple juice. Put some honey on the rim of your martini glass, and dip the glass into the coconut. Pour your cocktail into the martini glass, and enjoy! Don’t forget to tip your favorite bunny ! 🐰🥰💋
