Let me share with you one of my favorite full body finishers for when I hit shoulders and back 🥵🥵
This plank variation works your whole body from your shoulders down to your glutes. It’s a lot of fun to do and barely even feels like an exercise!
You want to make sure that you keep your core nice and tight and that you are not arching your back in anyway. Make sure that your hands are face down parallel to your shoulders and not too far out 😇♥️

I got my 🍑 kicked by this 7 mile hike!!! It took me about 5 hours with a nice lunch break at the summit.
Hiking is my new favorite cardio. The hills and terrain builds strong legs and booty, while the views make up for the fact that you won’t feel your legs the next day 🥵
