I’ve been doing a lot of work behind the scenes 💪🏼 So much goes into living a healthy lifestyle. I was always good at working out but struggled with my meals. Even when counting my macros I couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t losing weight. Turns out my metabolism was trash and once I started including more veggies in my diet and cutting out processed foods I started seeing results!

Are you getting enough water throughout the day? One of my goals for this year is to drink a gallon of water a day. I’m also trying to reduce my plastic use so I have this refillable 1 gallon glass container🫶🏼 Water makes up to 70% of your body and is so important to your body’s function! I add electrolytes to my water to make sure that I have enough minerals in my body to help me retain the water that I drink. I noticed so far that my skin has been super soft and I’ve had less breakouts on my skin 🙌🏼
