Observe the sensations. If you feel any discomfort, breath into that sensation and visualize that discomfort leaving your body through each exhale, then move to a different part of your body till you reach your head. If I can sit in front of the TV and binge out on Netflix, I know I have 10 minutes to devote to my mental health. It's a practice so keep practicing, it'll get easier ❀ xx Meg
