π Body Scan Meditation is one of my favorites! It involves getting into a comfortable position- laying down preferably. Focus on your breathing and then direct your attention to your feet. Observe the sensations. If you feel any discomfort, breath into that sensation and visualize that discomfort leaving your body through each exhale, then move to a different part of your body till you reach your head. π How long was it before I started enjoying meditation? Sometimes I look forward to it and sometimes it feels like job, but the after glow is worth it.
