A few tips for hitting the gym in the new year: 1. No one's workout is more important because they're bigger, stronger, more experienced, etc. 2. SLOW DOWN. Control your reps and REST. BETWEEN. SETS. 3. Use the common sense diet. Don't eat like a complete and total asshole and you'll likely be fine. Eat more protein. Yes, more than what you're probably eating. 4. Every time you "fall off the wagon" you'll feel more and more discouraged. Enter with a sustainable approach. 5. Aim for strong and watch your confidence (and body) change. Looks are the byproduct. 6. Training takes planning. Map out your week, plug your workouts in, treat them as an important meeting with yourself. Don't cancel. 7. You don't need a stack of supplements, 3-4x a week is just fine, and it's gonna take longer than the "Abz in 30 dayz Shredz coach" promises you. Xoxo 😘
