Thanks to having a healthy amount of lean tissue, I didn't backslide too hard! I feel flat and soft, but a few days of proper nutrition and working out, I'll feel as good as I did the day I left!

Fitness is often the ability to think and plan ahead of time. It ensures your meals on prepared, workouts planned, and clothing needed brought with. Plan your weeks out, it helps a ton!

Get your steps (10k is great place to start) Drink your water (1/2 your bodyweight in OZ and 15-25oz more on workout days) Eat your protrot (.8-1g per pound of bodyweight is a good general rule) That's it!
