And thats a wrap on Italy and Greece! After all of the pasta, pizza, desserts, and alcohol....I only gained 1.6#. Thanks to having a healthy amount of lean tissue, I didn't backslide too hard! I feel flat and soft, but a few days of proper nutrition and working out, I'll feel as good as I did the day I left!

Get your steps (10k is great place to start) Drink your water (1/2 your bodyweight in OZ and 15-25oz more on workout days) Eat your protrot (.8-1g per pound of bodyweight is a good general rule) That's it!
