Long intro—it’s (2:30) before I even take my sweater off. 🫣I did split it up into two parts to facilitate playback and make it easier to watch. *** I said “buyer” when I meant to say “seller.” I think the seller did a great job getting the place ready for closing considering the time frame!*** I need to take my fitness more seriously again. I’m ready to look a certain way. Awkward posing behavior towards the end—don’t mind me.
