It was amazing for the morning class, and I will have to work on building the evening class. I worked so hard to prepare for the class and ended up having to improvise after leaving my cheat sheet at home. But I totally rocked it! It feels amazing to be back at it. And the release I got in my lower back from a recent seated twist is life changing! Franco is so cute and funny. 🐶🐾🦴 Thank you for watching and listening. 🤍🦋🩵
