Many of you do not realize that I use a wheelchair when I am at home. I am unable to hop or use crutches. Because I cannot risk damage to my right leg. I have a rare genetic connective tissue disorder.
When I am at home I use a wheelchair. When I leave my house I always have my prosthetic leg on. My goal of losing my leg was so I could have a leg that I can walk on. I also am unable to wear high heels. I am above the knee which means I cannot have high heels. Or I will fall. If you are below the knee and have a knee joint you are able to wear high heels. A lot of people do not realize the differences of what amputees can do when they are below the knee compared to above the knee.
I also want to tell you all that I appreciate all of the support love conversations and appreciation for my stump. You have helped me except that I am beautiful for who I am. With or without my leg
