Your diet: eat a whole foods diet include the rainbow of fresh fruits and veggies good-quality sources of protein like chicken, salmon, eggs, lean cuts of red meat healthy fats like EVOO, avocado, omega-3’s, nuts & seeds slow-burning carbs like sweet potato, oatmeal, quinoa, brown rice.
