I wanna hear what you’re thankful for! I’ll start. I’m thankful for all of you. I’m thankful to be healthy and employed (esp given the pandemic and last two years). I’m thankful people want to eat my food. I’m thankful people want to look at pics of me, even if I don’t understand why. I’m thankful for my mom friends in MILF Estates. I’m thankful for my family and for bifocal contacts.

I’ve gotta start doing some Thanksgiving prep today, and the biggest item on the agenda is brining the turkey. I prefer a dry brine, which means I slide my fingers under the skin gently and then rub salt underneath the skin. Then it gets wrapped in plastic and put back in the fridge for 3 days. Anyone ever tried this method?
