If you are still wondering a bit about what it means when I say I am a somatic sex educator, it means that I talk about the brain body connection and how it relates to sex.

This means I talk about how our 'subconcious' mind shows up in our sex lives. I help people to understand themselves more deeply using sex, pleasure, and touch as a tool.

Now I know you are probably thinking, awww man!?!! I just want to get off. BUT... I know you wouldn't have joined my page is you didn't have a small part of you that is yearning for more embodied sexual experiences.

So, shut the fuck up, sit yourself down, and listen up!

Come July, I will begin to share a weekly pleasure practice that I use with myself. This is how I keep myself attuned to my body and knowing my own limits, capacities, and boundaries when it comes to my sexuality, (and my life in general)

If you are either just want to get off, are curious to explore some somatic sexual practices for yourself, or are actually interested in female sexuality check them out! There is a lot to be experienced through these practices so I hope you check them out!
