It was like having a calm and reassuring friend reminding you that stressing over everything is not worth it. Life can be very overwhelming sometimes but looks like these are a great reminder to have a much more chill outlook and perspective on life. Taking up 3 machines for 1 workout? Learn to share the space!!😩

2.Not wiping down equipment.

clean up after yourself please. No one wants your sweat on the bench. 🤢

3.Incorrect form for clout.

It’s not about looking cool it’s about doing it right and staying injury free. 🫠

4.Skipping warm ups.

Your body’s not a machine. Give it time to prepare, or risk pulling something you don’t want to. 😥
