Yesterdays incident really hasn’t been ideal but I’m doing my best to ice it and get the bruising away before riding this weekend! I think it’s just bruised. Any tips on how to get it healed faster?

First race back in over two years and I landed in 5th place!!! Unfortunately I had a pretty big crash but I made it out in once piece. It’s was tough coming back to such a tough DH track but it was super fun and I’m looking forward to racing this week again!

Sup folks! Been laying pretty low recently and not riding much. I got my new bike just in time and also new suspension which is cool but I’m gearing up for a fun ass time in 🇨🇦. Happy Tuesday folks! Something new for me but I’m focusing on myself properly and at least having two days a week where I don’t ride or focus on content and can enjoy myself and do what I want to do. I’m in the city and hanging out and enjoying myself! It’s important to put yourself no1 and have a healthy balance of work and social life.
