I have been in a bit of a state but I'm just about back on track...here's what's been happening...
I have recently been diagnosed with ADHD. For those who have no idea what it is...in really basic form it makes me forgetful even though I try really hard not to be. I also get so focused on things that I can't regulate what I need to do. For example I'll be getting content all month and get so focused I'll forget to post my content. I've been working really hard on sorting this out and getting a routine but there are times it gets the better of me
This then makes me shy and anxious, the longer it goes on the harder I find it to come back with my tail between my legs. There is alot more to adhd then this, I'm just trying to explain it very simply.
I will do another post to explain some other things going on in my life tonight, some is quite serious and has really knocked me side ways!
