I messed up in caring for myself. I apologize! I’m still learning what my body needs from me and which signs to look out for when I’m unwell. So, I am super anemic right now. I haven’t been eating any meat aside from some fish and I cannot have beans. Most easy forms of iron mess up my gut at the moment.
