I have always had a bad relationship with my legs, they are the main point (also my booty) in which I accumulate fat mass. I've always seen them disproportionate, too big, misshapen, ugly. In this period I see and feel them worse than usual, despite being able to see results from a muscular point of view.
I hope to find a balance soon and be able to accept myself more, cause I really need it!

Da sempre ho avuto un brutto rapporto con le mie gambe, è il punto principale (assime ai glutei) nel quale accumulo massa grassa. Le ho sempre viste sproporzionate, troppo grosse, deformi, brutte.
In questo periodo le vedo e percepisco peggio del solito, nonostante riesca a vedere risultati dal punto di vista muscolare.
Spero di ritrovare presto un equilibrio e poter accettarmi di più, perché ne ho davvero bisogno!
