First post! Time to get back into shape. Injuries and focus..

First post!

Time to get back into shape. Injuries and focus on other endeavours means that I'm no longer in the shape I want to be. Time to set some targets, make a plan and achieve some goals.

Weighing in at 123.2kg here. Will take some skin-folds and other measurements as well, to keep a record and measure my progress.
