Hello guys💕🌞 I hope you are all well! The last weeks were a lot going on. I decided quite spontaneously to do a yoga teacher training. Unfortunately Corona came in between. But things never work out as planned, do they? Anyway, I wanted to do a yoga teacher training for a long time, but somehow I never got around to it. I had a lot of doubts whether I could even manage to do the training in another language. It sounds crazy and yes I know it's only English, but for me it's just a challenge. I have also talked a lot with my sister about it, because she is a yoga teacher for many years and has encouraged me to go this step. What I am incredibly proud of at the moment. I think we should try things more often that are outside our comfort zone, that might be difficult for us at first. At the retreat where I am right now, I saw a poster about the training and asked if they still have space.And it just couldn't have been better, there was still one spot available and I just thought to myself this is fate! I didn't have to think about it any longer and my decision was much easier to make and it just felt right. Unfortunately, I already felt very weak for a few days and got sick. But I thought maybe these are side effects of the antibiotic. To be on the safe side I did a quick test and unfortunately it was positive. I was really shocked, because I really thought in so many moments that I have Corona but not in this. Especially when traveling after big parties or whatever.... Unfortunately there are also people here in the retreat who are vaccinated or are corona deniers. It's super sad that it's so common in the scene. Anyway, it's safe to say that I got infected here. I was not well for two days, I had a normal cold. Looking back I am so grateful for it, clearly you can say it was an inopportune time right before my training. But when is the right time for Corona, please. You never know I also infected my boyfriend because we also sleep in the same bed. The people from the retreat have taken very good care of us. I am very grateful. Because in Thailand, if you are tested positive, you have to go to the hospital and 11 days in quarantine in the hotel. And so we could spend the quarantine here in our room. Then I joined the training on the third day. And the group is just great. They are just incredibly!The first week is now over and I have already learned so much but it is also very exhausting. Maybe I’ll write more about it in the next days..🥰
