I am beyond disappointed. Last month 5 people commissioned customs from me. Of those 5, only one paid when the video was ready. Two people were paid late and the last two completely ghosted me once I finished the video. This is not funny, this is my livelihood and customs take a lot of time to make and they add onto my regular content making schedule. Because of this, I am now implementing a pay half upon ordering and second half upon delivery policy for customs, and a full payment upfront policy for exclusive customs. Unfortunately as our account grows, it gets more attention from people who don’t have the best intentions. I am taking every necessary step to protect myself and my partner from being further exploited by these people. Thank you for your understanding.
