Finishing it off with some core & then a HIIT (high intensity interval training) session on the treadmill (for this, do a 5min low speed like 3.5, then ramp it up to a full sprint for 20 seconds, down to a low intensity speed for 90 seconds, back up to high for 20s, low for 90s x 6 sets, and then 5min cool down). As I show, if you lower the % on the slide bar to 10%, it looks much more natural than if you go to 100% (I don’t like that, because it removes all my freckles & looks too plastic to me).
