I might get botox one day but I'm here to prove you don't need it, just put a little bit of time into yourself everyday and see how your life changes, and I'm not just talking about your looks! Your mental health will also thank you for it.... you might even feel like a whole new you! ☆♡☆♡ You are what you eat, it's true. You eat better, you feel better, you think better, your life gets better. And the cycle continues 💜 Have you ever considered a gluten free diet? For a while I knew something was up with my health. Intense anxiety especially after eating, bloating, fatigue, heart palpations and even some nasty panic attacks which did get worse if i ate gluten, i cut beer out and that was when i realise oh my god this is why i am not feeling myself. Pizza was next & I also cut wine even though thats gluten free it had to go. Then i decided i was going to do a big sweep. I was like ok so when I eat and drink certain things I feel bad and when I eat my own home cooked healthy meals I feel much better. Could I be gluten intolerant? Maybe my ashtma and allergies (which had got 10 time worse over the last 2 years) well maybe this was due to inflammation & causing my immune system to become overactive? A change was needed and necessary for me. I'm only 3 weeks into this, it takes 3 months for gluten to leave the body, but already I'm noticing a positive shift in all the symptoms above. I might even get a food allergy test done just to see what's exactly going on. But what I do know is don't ignore the signs you body is giving you. Listen and you'll be guided in what you need. I'm truly grateful I'm on this path & already things are brighter & im planning a really productive year with new business ideas and photoshoots. Things couldn't be better.
