I have been driving around town like a mad woman these couple weeks some for pleasure and some for work. Right now I just freelance which is wonderful and completely great because I can do whatever I want, but I’ve always wondered what it would be like to be with an agency. At any rate… It’s still super hot and my car is burning up. I’m pretty much sweating wherever I go and sweating all over as you can see.

On my travels, I stayed in Lubbock, Texas. It was the only city to stay between Santa Fe and Austin, so I was off to Buddy Holly's hometown. Luckily I stumbled upon the cutest thrift store and chatted with the woman who owned it for probably 2 hours. I found this enchanting peach little number so had to get it. Now I have a piece of Lubbock with me.

When I went on my two month modeling sabbatical, I found myself in Fort Worth at the cutest little Bed and Breakfast. I had never stayed at one before and didn't realize just what I was missing out on. They actually MAKE YOU BREAKFAST! It was so delightful to enjoy share a meal in the company of people from all around. Just like old times. Fort Worth might not seem like much, but it's a far cry from Los Angeles and sometimes you need a change of pace to rechard. Yee Haw. That's all I have to say.
