You are waiting in the car park as instructed, it is 8pm, pitch black, your heart is racing. You see lights behind you, you tense, the sound of stilettos, quickening. You are pushed to the ground from behind, you feel tape closing over your mouth, winding around your head and eyes. You must breathe through your nose. Tape around the wrists, pressed behind your back. A van pulls up, you hear the crunch of the tyres on the gravel, the stones are pressing into your face. ‘Get in.’ You are slid onto a wooden bed, your ankles are taped together. This isn’t what you expected, you are trying so hard not to wet yourself. The doors close, you have no idea how long you are left, banging around, waiting for a reprieve, you are struggling to breathe through your nose and your shoulders are aching. The van stops, the doors open, you are dragged out by several hands. ‘Bring it in,’ you hear Her say. You are carried like a rag doll and dumped heavily on a chair. ‘Chain it to the bars’. The sound of a steel door slams and locks. And so, it begins. No turning back now. No safe word. No escape.
