First at all, I want to thank you for being here, for your support and the good energy you give me back every time I post. Your presence is the reason for wanting to share the good in the world, the support you give me by getting one of my yoga class, my retreats, a photoshoot or a video, make my wings stronger to continue flying. Recently I have felt the need to change my morning routine. I used to start my day by checking my inbox for messages and responding immediately to people's requests. However, I noticed that this left me exhausted and lacking motivation for the rest of the day. Therefore, I decided to go back to not using my phone when I wake up. Now I dedicate the first moment of the day to myself to meditate, read, and exercise to seek my personal well-being. After this, I have a glass of water before checking my phone and focusing on other tasks. My main focus now is to take care of myself first thing in the morning . 🙏 Bonito día 😘
