I am pretty awkward when it comes to showing my thanks. I never thought my art would find any amount of success, especially nothing related to original content. After 10 years of being a freelance illustrator I just about gave up. I did actually! I gave up for a few years. I didn't draw a single squiggle. I chose to give up on my dreams of being an artist since my art wasn't making a penny and instead focused on funding my boxing gym by getting a few different jobs. One of which is my current job, a Flat Worker (I'm a concrete bitch). It's brutal, it's breaking my body every day and though I have my reasons for staying in this field, I continue to dream of being an artist. That's where you all come in.
Thank you. Thank you all for giving me a second chance to pursue my childhood dreams. Being able to create weird, fantastical things for a living has been a hope I've held within my heart since I was a little kid. Having this chance has also given me new life. My students and my gym have kept me motivated through the years but making a living being creative has never really been an option for me and seeing as the gym is FREE I need to be able to save every penny! Thanks to you, I am now able to create. I may still have my day job but now I not only have my students and my slowly growing gym but I have you and my art. Thanks to you, I have found that spark again.
I love you all with every facet of my heart and only hope to make you proud with all of my creations.

Hello my Doodlers!! We JUST had a classic cosplay funded. First one in a very long time. You guys friggin killed it over on my wishlist and got the fund to a whopping $200! I've had quite a few requests for various cosplays over the years and wanted to give you all a quick peek into WHY I don't pay out of pocket for cosplays and why I put such a heavy emphasis on raising the funds for each individual costume.
This cosplay is "cheap". Genuinely for a full costumed character, this is extremely "cheap". I paid a little over $80 out of pocket for this one just because it's something I think everyone will like and I had a very large chunk of it funded thanks to the AMAZING people who popped over to my Throne Wishlist and donated. But as you can imagine, without that help I would be spending $280 on a costume that I will of course be creating a set and dance video with but likely wouldn't be making that money back. My sets don't make a lot which is why I try to stick with outfits and lingerie I already have OR I have to do the incredibly awkward thing and ask for help with funding.
Thank you to EVERYONE who donated to this fund. I can't tell you how much I appreciate your help. I couldn't do any of this without you.
