Usually , I fight with shopping 👌 maybe it's not always healthy, but it's really one of the BEST ways to fight stress
☁️ it also helps me so much to change locations, if only temporarily. Thankfully, I go on shoots 🎥 in other apartments, hotels, where there is a beautiful view. Walk along the waterfront, grab a coffee/ice cream 🍨 it helps a lot.
