Short Story Saturday;
Once upon a time there was a girl...
She hated her job, but had to work to survive. You know, like one does. Her only happiness was the pleasure of undressing...
Taking off the clothes that reminded her of pain. And just being able to bare it all. And do what she loved most... a nice relaxing bath.
A bath to wash away all the hurt and anguish. To look at herself and know she is so much more. Knowing she can escape into her bed and books.
Drifting away. Dreaming of that happy ever after life...
As an artist, I really like alliteration!
