I started doing gymnastics, I finally started taking care of my body and now I'm getting as flexible as a kitty 🐱, yes yes, I'm serious! 💪 It was hard and painful at first, but every day I feel like my muscles are getting more relaxed and flexible. 😌 Someone says flexibility comes with age, but I decided not to wait and start exercising now! 💃

Today I'm going to tell you my favorite way to relax after a hard day is a bubble bath!🧊 I love pouring warm water into the tub, adding my favorite shower gel and enjoying the abundant foam. All the problems and stresses seem to go away with the bubbles that burst on the surface of the water.🥰 I like to light scented candles and put on soft music to further relax and enjoy the moment.
