The spine is fitted and the bearing is set in place! As soon as the center pin is set in the base and solid I can put it back together and see if it works! 🤗🤞 wish me luck!

My leaf sculptures center cord broke so I'm redesigning the rotation system. Today I roughly made a brace that the center piece loosely fits in. I did this with a tube of chromoly, cut slits in it with my plasma cutter and cleaned them up with a grinder. It's a loose fit but there is still much to do next weekend ! 2023-01-16 01:27:33 +0000 UTC View PostStabilizer bar bolts are replaced. I did see that the stabilizer bar is cracked off on both sides at the connection of the bolt, you can see it stuck to the top rubber when I throw it in front of the camera. That will be a fun welding project lol

The van is running and out of my friends garage! Lol Upon test driving it I've discovered that the swaybar bolt is disconnected and my rear differential needs a new gasket and oil. Parts are on order and if we're lucky I might even be able to film this project! 🤞 Blinder to protect the neighbors privacy 🤗

Nap sign update. I trimmed the lights that hung from it, I plan on putting up a shelf along the bottom to hide the cords. Lately I've been focusing more on family than projects on the weekends but ill be working on my van this weekend. Haven't posted an update about it in a hot minute so I'm excited to get it back up and running fingers crossed for this weekend. The moped has been put on pause because there are some parts I have to get for it that are a little out of my wallets comfort zone at the moment. Everything will be running by the end of the summer, that's my goal lol.

Last weekend was a sper of the moment mechanic weekend! My boyfriend and I tag teamed the replacement of break pads and rotors all around on his jeep! It was cool being able to finally teach him something for a change and I got to work on a jeep for the first time everrrr 🤗 we didn't have time to take any videos because we started late in the day and we were in quite a hurry because daylight was burning. It took us about 2 hours to complete, only one tire and rotor was frozen on lol I just dropped off a bunch of scrap metal at my welding studio that I got a few weeks back. I only need one or two more pieces to complete the material gathering portion of my next sculpture 🙌

Moped got some new mirrors today! You can see the one old one sitting on my van seats in front of the moped 😂 New carburetor came yesterday so hopefully this weekend we'll get it on and see if she runs right! I got her started last weekend but it died with any resistance 💔 idled really well but when I took my spark plug out to check my gap it was soaked with gas and oil and the carb was leaking quite a bit of gas from the black cover. I messed with it for about an hour with no luck so I decided to just go for a new carb lol I took the old one off and cleaned it, it looked brand new but was still malfunctioning. Plans for Saturday are to put the new carb on and see if she runs right 🤞

Hey everyone!!! I'm excited to announce that I'm still alive and even though my world is constantly being flipped upside-down in the most unexpected ways, I am back at it! I finally took my plasma cutter to the repair shop. Yes the plasma cutter I was so excited about opening on camera and using for the first time didn't work right out of the box! The repair guys tinkered with it and fixed it yesterday! The project you see in this post was welded with Flux core MIG. Cut and bent with oxygen and acetylene. It is a rotor puller! Had some rust welded rotors to pop off and it did the trick! It's not pretty for one of the first things I'm sharing in a while but the job wet beautifully (: and I saved alot of $$$ Enjoy these progress photos!

Hello everyone! I have some new metal to work with and will hopefully get to break my welder out this weekend to get burning some sculptures up for you!!! Just a little update for you, I'm constantly changing everyday, having to adjust to a whole new life schedule, balance between eating, sleeping, family, art, friends, pets and hobbies and I know I updated my other onlyfans about having to put a family pet down and it turns out we will be needing to put my childhood cat down as well. I can't share too much about my recent adventures with life but I've been trying to sort my life and get back to feeling like myself again. Jj update. He is doing SO MUCH BETTER. he didn't need surgery after how attentive I was with his ailments and medication. He does require my help/attention every second I am home so it makes having time to weld and be outside without him very hard, I don't want him to get hit with any Sparks or metal fragments, along with that I've been refraining from doing anything that I can't do with him, he is my shadow and I his. Although it's a portion of what's hindered my internet presence I am cherishing every moment I have with him. I had alot of plans for 2021 but it looks like only a few of them will be achievable given the recent challenges I've been dealt. My life is still overwhelmingly beautiful and I am happy. I have a tendency of planning too much, getting overwhelmed and just not achieving anything. I am working on that along with alot of other things. I will be posting some of the metal pieces I've come across and asking your opinion on sculptures ideas! I have a few but it's always fun to get fresh eyes on a project!
