Tbh the winter blues had quite a hold on me this year. Now that it’s officially Spring, and the days are longer and warmer, I’ve been feeling much happier and more motivated. I’m very grateful for that ☺️

Daylight savings definitely messed my sleep schedule up a bit, but I am SO much happier when it stays light out later. I’m more productive in the evenings and generally more energetic. I’m so happy we’re coming out of the long, dark winter 🙌
