so my motel room has a rat in it. i should've just left asap when i first saw it but maintenance said they would put traps in my room. they put traps in but it's still running around hours later 🥲🥲🥲 i put vinegar all over the floor around me so it at least won't come near me but omfg im not sleeping tonight

ingredients:
lean beef
flour
garlic cloves
yellow onion
cabbage
yeast
olive oil
salt/other seasonings
water
🧅🥟🍖🥬🧄
🧅🥬 4 cups of flour

1 1/2 teaspoon of yeast (prepare the yeast with warm water for 10 minutes before mixing with flour)
1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
mix it all together until it looks like wrinkly pig skin lol
1/3 cup of olive oil (don't mind my miss writing on paper, its only 1/3 not a full cup)
water as needed (usually one cup)
mix until smooth, then place into microwave with a cup of hot water. let it sit for an hour inside the microwave. do not mix the water. do not turn on the microwave. coat with olive oil before letting it sit. out the cup of hot water behind the bowl. close the microwave door and wait an hour.
🍖 1lb of lean ground beef
🧄 5 pressed/chopped garlic cloves
🍖 season as you like, i use Creole seasoning for my meat 🍖
half a yellow onion, chopped
cook meat first, then add garlic, onion, and seasonings.
when the hour is over, knead dough and take little sections as big as a goofball. flatten it and place the meat inside and the chopped cabbage into the dough. fold it into a hand pie that closes.
fry in olive oil until brown or use an oven ❤️
