My no.2 tip is to build your own triangle pose to get the most benefit out of it! - open your legs wide like your arms opening or LESS - both feet facing forward and parallel, then rotate one foot outward 90degrees - arms up shoulder height, look toward the direction on the rotated foot - inhale reach forward look forward, exhale drop your hand on that shin and look down at that hand, inhale open up your hips and shoulders reaching your hand to the sky and look up at that hand - take few breaths here.
