Happy Wednesday! 🌹🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
I just got home from a long day of work and the gym. I’m going to run a nice hot bubble bath with this cute bath bomb. The shape is a gorgeous rose. I love how this bath bomb has glitter inside so the water will be shimmery. You can add glitter to any bath bomb to create a fun bath time experience.

happy Sunday!
💖💖💖💖💖 Today was my Sunday reset. As a part of my routine I decided to make some bath bombs for the week. I used normal ball size bath bomb molds. I filled both sides with a different color and formed them together to create the “bomb” shape.
I used purple and red food coloring and lavender essential oil.

Enhance your bath with candles
Happy Tuesday 🥰
I love using candles when I’m taking a nice long bubble bath. This candle I picked up from a local farmers market. Dim lighting, a good smelling candle and a bath bomb create a perfect nighttime routine.
I used a lavender bath bomb to match the scent of my candle. What’s your favorite scent?

Body scrubs✨
Using sand as a body scrub exfoliant can be harsh on the skin and may cause irritation. It's recommended to use gentler exfoliants specifically designed for skincare.
Consider using ingredients like sugar, salt, or finely ground coffee as exfoliants for a body scrub. These are milder options that can help remove dead skin cells effectively. Additionally, you can mix them with oils like coconut or olive oil for added moisturization.

Sugar scrubs🫶
I love before I shower to rub sugar scrub all over my body. Especially before my everything shower I like to be as smooth as possible. The small beads help my skin exfoliate. The shea butter in the sugar scrub is so beneficial for the skin. It keeps my skin so hydrated and moisturized for hours to come. What flavor/scent is your favorite?

Body scrubs!
I love vanilla anything. To me it is so warm, sexy and comforting. I love to use w sugar body scrub before I shower. This helps get all of the dead skin off. Creating a vanilla body scrub at home is simple. Mix sugar, coconut oil, and a few drops of vanilla extract. Scrub gently in the shower for smooth skin.✨✨

Dry ingredients
Some staple ingredients I like putting in my bath bombs are
BAKING SODA✨
CITRIC ACID✨
EPSOM SALT✨
All of these ingredients are usually household products that you can have in your house. The baking soda mixed with the citric acid is what creates the bubbly fizz. Baking soda is used both for cooking / cleaning and as a bath bomb ingredient. Epsom salt is a great way to relax your muscles. I love adding on extra to my bath to soothe my tired and sore muscles. I train 5-6x a week so my body needs the epsom salt for my recovery.

Fun fact- my favorite color is pink.
Today as I was making the bath bombs I wanted to create pink heart bath bombs. In order to do so I added my dry ingredients and then combined my wet ingredients. After to get the pink color- I added 5 drops of pink food coloring. I used a whisk to mix the ingredients together. It is such a calming activity to do. I can’t wait till these are formed. They take about a day to form into the molds.

Molds❤️
When creating a bath bomb you can use whatever mold your heart desires. I love being creative and using different molds when I’m creating bath bombs for gifts for my friends. I also love using festive ones for the holidays. Today I am using heart molds in honor of Valentine’s Day.
What is your favorite holiday?

Good morning!😍
Have you ever wondered what makes the fizz when you put a bath bomb in the water?
The key ingredient is citric acid. Citric acid is added to the mixture in a bath bomb to give it the fizz.
Citric acid is a common ingredient in bath bombs. It reacts with baking soda to create fizziness when the bath bomb is dissolved in water. This reaction produces carbon dioxide bubbles, giving the characteristic effervescence. If you have more questions or need a bath bomb recipe, feel free to ask!

How cute is this bath bomb😍
Did you know bath bombs can be multiple colors.
Layered colors-
For a ig worthy bath you can create multiple layers of different colors using food coloring or natural coloring such as beet juice.
As you drop the bath bomb into the water the colors will start to release one by one giving you a beautiful burst of color.

-Epson salt helps ease aches and muscle soreness. It can be added to a bath bomb to help add in more benefits while relaxing and recovering.
