Instead of quitting Fansly (which I've been considering doing), I've changed around both subscriber tiers:
Vampire Thrall: Regular sub. Price drop to $5. 10% off discount for most PPV, but basically like a Twitch sub. Support the creator type. Exclusives every now and again.
Vampire Master (VIP): Price drop to $50. 50% off most PPV content. More exclusive photos. Frequent videos.
Non-subs: Free timeline and access to PPV drops (no discount).
I feel the price drop is more reasonable with how much content I put out. I also feel like I don't do enough content for (regular) subscribers to make it worth 10 bucks. I'm hoping lowering it at least gives incentive for those who want to support (like they did on Twitch), but don't care as much about rewards! Maybe now and again sending out exclusives for (all) subs.
