Give a little more patience to those who frustrate us, and a little more love to ourselves on the way. I disdain the clichés 😫 but I’m finding more and more that validation of ourselves and others in love and authenticity to support health and growth is simply the most essential thing in life. It’s okay to be who we are. It’s not always pretty but it was never meant to be. ❤️ Happy holiday season, and have the best December yet 😘
