Why?!
A. Leaking roof
B. Water damage inside that they won’t fix till we vacate
C. Busted water pipe in the basement
D. Mold, visible
E. They raised the rent the soonest they could
F. All our roommates are moving out and we can’t afford this place alone..
G. Electively issues in the kitchen since we moved in
