


Got off track again, got back on track, trimmed and took a photo. 😂.
I’ve been trying a lot of different things with my diet this year and none have really worked. So going back to basically everything I’ve always done. 🤷🏾♂️.
I’m pretty sure at this point I’m just holding a lot of water. First photo is current (trimmed), second photo was last week (hairy).
Last week after the trim I added cardio, probably too much, cardio has ALWAYS made me retain water. (At least I think) I have never been super lean with cardio. I’ve always done zero cardio. Yet once a year I implement it to see if my body will respond positively to it. Never does.
Honestly not a bad problem to have 😂. I’ll take it out and hopefully I continue to dial in.
