The most important thing, both for me and for everyone who plays sports, is a balanced diet and calorie control.
I try to eat right, but I won’t hide it: sometimes I allow myself unhealthy foods — in moderation, of course 😉

🍽 I don’t combine heavy foods — such as meat and potatoes/cereals. They put too much strain on digestion.
💧 I drink my norm of water every day — it helps both my figure and my skin.
⏰ I don’t eat after 6:00 PM — my body feels lighter and I feel better.
🥗 Heavy meals — in the first half of the day, only light ones for dinner.
🚶♀️ More movement during the day is the key to energy and tone.
🔥 I monitor the calorie content of my diet — without fanaticism, but consciously.
💊 I take vitamins and microelements — to maintain balance in the body.
🦐 The basis of my diet is seafood — light, nutritious and tasty.
🍵 Chinese tea — it not only improves my health, but the hot drink also helps me cool down
