When I first came to Pilates, I was looking for form. And what I found was strength. Not only physically, but also internally. Every movement, every muscle tension is like a dialog with myself: "You can do it. You are stronger than you think." I love how Pilates makes the body flexible, slender, but I love even more how it brings my thoughts together. After class, it's like I come back to myself: calm, confident, content. It's my way of being in tune with myself, listening to my body, taking care of it, not chasing other people's standards. Do you know how to listen to your body?
