Well, the answer is simple. We let the invisible hand of the market do the job. I mean, we try to give the chance to almost anybody. Not because we're so humanistic (of course we are!), but mainly because we actually don't know who is going to be successful. Many times I've been surprised by the success of a very average girl and, on the other hand, the failure of a porn-star look-alike girl. You never know. So our system is actually very capitalistic – the market decides. If a girl isn't good enough, she won't make enough money to pay the rent for the room. If she is successful, she can afford to pay the rent.
