Yesterday's client complaint made me realize how differently we can comprehend the word "SEX". A German customer didn't speak a word of English, so this Romanian girl, Alexandra, made an easy deal with him: one sex, 30 minutes, 100 euros. He finished after 15 minutes but wanted to continue; however, she told him no. They started a heated discussion which ended with her pushing the panic button. So that is when I came to the room to solve the situation.
It turned out that he understood he paid for 30 minutes of sex, no matter how many times he finished. She, on the other hand, was referring to one sex act with a maximum time limit of 30 minutes. The misunderstanding was on her part, and she agreed to refund half of the money.
This left me a bit confused. Maybe I've been in this business too long, so I would automatically also comprehend one sex as one finish. But some of my friends and even colleagues saw it the same way as the client.
