Recently, some of the clubs here started pushing the working girls to choose whether they will work at their club full-time. If not, they can't work there. Their issue is that the girls are switching between clubs, and they want them to be exclusively "theirs."
In our club, it's like this: the girls pay rent for the night. Everything they make stays with them. They just pay the rent. They are free to rent rooms in other clubs as well. They work two days in one club, and the other days in another club, etc. Why not? There is no exclusivity. They are freelancers and can do whatever they want, working for whomever they wish. Our club is number one in the city, in the country, and one of the best in Europe. Number two in our city is a Sauna club. Not a bad club at all. There has always been healthy competition between the two of us. The capacity of the rooms in our club is limited. Right now, we have about a hundred rooms that girls can rent for a night, and we are sold out for weekends many months ahead. During the week, we are between 70-90% capacity. If I don’t have a room for a girl on the weekend, I am actually happy there is another place where she can make money. Thus, she stays in the city and doesn’t go away. Simple as that.
But recently, the girls are complaining that the managers in the Sauna are pushing them to decide. “Either you work for us or for them. It’s not normal to work in two clubs; you need to decide.”
It’s such a stupid thing to do.
