What they value most is freedom: the freedom of time and the ability to do whatever they want, whenever they want. They don’t want a boss dictating when they must work, when they can take a holiday, or pressuring them with deadlines. They want to work only when they choose.
I can't forget the face of the police officer who was interrogating Simona, one of the workers from our establishment. The police come here regularly to talk with the girls. At one point, he asked her why she chose this job.
She replied, “Because of freedom.”
